Maven's proprietary "micro-consulting" platform allows members to participate in short duration telephone consultations and electronic surveys in exchange for direct compensation by Maven's clients.

Who Joins Maven?

Maven was founded by two research industry veterans who believe that everybody deserves the opportunity to profit from their knowledge, provided they conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner. We believe in a transactional and transparent marketplace, unburdened by expensive subscriptions and middlemen who hinder access to the right professionals. We believe that true independence means making appropriate introductions, guaranteeing privacy and confidentiality, and then getting out of the way so people can conduct their business. We don't seek to impose our view of the world upon others, we don't perform research or analysis, we don't  make recommendations, and we aren't affiliated with any other company. Period.
