Our integrated teleconferencing system ensures that your interactions with our Members are safe and secure, and our state-of-the-art Conflict Management System allows you to screen out any profiles you don't want to see and those that could create unwanted conflicts. Consultations

We provide an extensive network of well-characterized experts and all the tools you'll need to search for them, handle payments, provide feedback, avoid conflicts, and manage ongoing projects. You conduct your own searches, invite the experts with whom you wish to speak , and consult with them at your convenience. Here's how it works:

  1. Search:Begin by searching our extensive network using our intuitive search engine.
  2. Invite:Once you have found experts with whom you'd like to talk, spend a few minutes describing your research project. Then, simply hit a button to invite them to consult with you.
  3. Schedule:Experts reply to your invitation and provide any additional information about their qualifications for your project. Review their responses and decide whether to schedule a call on our integrated conferencing system.
  4. Connect:At the scheduled time, dial in to our integrated conferencing system and consult with the expert in a private and secure environment. Talk for as long as you like – we will only charge you for the time actually spent consulting with an expert.
  5. Review:After the call you may provide feedback on the expert, schedule a follow-up discussion, or find new experts to talk to.

Surveys

We provide an extensive network of well-characterized experts and all the tools you'll need to select or create populations, generate survey questions, handle payments, provide feedback, avoid conflicts, and manage ongoing projects. You may survey relevant groups of experts by selecting one of our predefined populations or by creating a custom group that matches your specific criteria. Here's how it works:

  1. Select:Begin by selecting one of our predefined survey populations, or search the Maven network to create your own.
  2. Construct:Write your Survey questions. Our proprietary Survey Engine will guide you through the survey generation process and help you write thoughtful and well-constructed questions that will yield the best responses. Don't have time to write your own questions? No problem – Maven can provide a qualified Survey Specialist to assist you.
  3. Invite:Review and Deploy. Our system will price your survey according to the number of questions you write and your target population. Our flexible system allows you to adjust your questions, target population, and targeted number of respondents to meet your needs. Once you are satisfied with your Survey, targeted experts will be invited to participate.
  4. Receive:Watch the results in real time as they come in, or wait until your targeted number of respondents is reached. Our system will automatically "shut down" the survey when it hits your quota and only charge you for complete responses from our members.
  5. Review:After reviewing the results, you may provide feedback on respondents, schedule follow-up Consultations, or redeploy the Survey to additional experts.
